Role of This Website

This is a private reference website. It is not operated, approved, or sponsored by a local, state, or federal office. No official Wake County records are stored here. We cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, arrange a release, change an arrest entry, or submit a document to an agency or court.

Pages direct visitors to sources such as Wake Bureau of Forensic Services, the Wake County Sheriff's Office, Wake County detention facilities, North Carolina Department of Adult Correction, courts, federal locators, and third-party research services. Each outside source controls its own records and services.

Acceptable Use Conditions

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm people, systems, or other visitors. By using it, you agree that you will not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Use information to stalk, threaten, harass, or intimidate anyone.
• Make hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions from site content.
• Try to enter accounts, systems, or restricted areas without authorization.
• Operate bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated collection tools.

No Consumer Reports

Wake County Recent Arrests is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use information obtained here for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions.
• Tenant selection, leases, or any housing decision.
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance premiums.
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Services Outside Our Control

Links may lead to Wake County booking sources, jail and custody pages, sheriff and correctional systems, North Carolina government portals, legal-aid resources, federal locators, or outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control those sites, their content, privacy practices, data handling, terms, or availability. Review each provider's current rules before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no express or implied warranty is made concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current status of information.
• Continuous or uninterrupted access.
• The absence of errors, software defects, or security weaknesses.

Arrest entries, custody status, court files, and public-access systems can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Wake County Sheriff's Office, Wake Bureau of Forensic Services, a detention facility, a court, NCDAC, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wake County Recent Arrests and its owners, operators, and partners will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access to, inability to access, reliance on, or use of the site or linked services.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wake County Recent Arrests, its owners, operators, and partners from claims, losses, costs, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your site use, your misuse of information, or your violation of these terms.

Ownership and Permissions

Unless a separate notice says otherwise, the site's original text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Wake County Recent Arrests or its content partners. North Carolina Law

North Carolina law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in North Carolina.

If a Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions will continue in effect.
